8 Week Beginner & Fat Loss Group
This 8 week course is designed for you to get started. Comprising of 2 specially designed evening training sessions with like minded people.Have you been sitting on the sidelines for too long knowing you wish to get your health and wellness in your hands? Perhaps fatloss has been a goal for too long but you simply don’t know where to start? Or you have been putting off the gym – because you’re overweight and feel self conscious about how you’ll be perceived?
Look no further – this is the group for you. You will arrange a 30 min consultation with me to get to know me prior to your start, we will discuss your barriers to change and make a plan for how we can achieve this. You will feel safe in the knowledge that you already know me before we even get started on the harder stuff, and everyone in your group is in the same boat.
We will start with basic moves using mainly bodyweight, with a view to progressing to the point you feel able to either join the other cow shedders , or even join a gym and train solo.
