Focussing on strength training progressively overloading each week.

STRONG LIFTERS CLUB

Designed for accomplished lifters
3 x sessions per week at designated times, with a training split to allow for sufficient recovery.
Although payment is taken for a 4 week period, the training plan is worked on for 8 week time frames before changing.
